MELBOURNE, Florida – Joe Anderson Jr. (Age 95), Chief Master Sargent USAF, passed away on May 4th, 2018.

He was born on March 8th, 1923 in McAlester, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Virginia; mother and father, Elizabeth and Joe Anderson Sr.; sisters, Hazel and Pauline.

He is survived by; son, Gary (Susan); daughter, Charmain; grandson, Shawn (Rayna); great-grandson Peyton and great-granddaughter Carina. Granddaughter, Christa; great-granddaughter Katie; sister, Francis.

He served in the Army and Air Force during WWII, Korea, and Vietnam where he received the Bronze Star.

He loved playing cards, golf, and fishing but most of all he loved people.

Joe and Virginia’s service will be private and will be a Sea Burial per request.
