PALM BAY, Florida – Deputies were dispatched to a Motel 6 in Palm Bay because of two women fighting over french fries and money, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.
A female victim told law enforcement that she was in an argument with her girlfriend, identified as 22-year-old Chelsea Joy Boyea, over french fries that turned physical, according to the report.
She stated that Boyea threw her down and bit her breast and stomach, the report said.
A deputy observed visible bite marks on the victim.
The victim said as the altercation continued, Boyea choked her the point that “she stopped breathing for a second and threw up,” the affidavit said.
“There was a visible bite mark on her wrist, but no marks on her neck,” the deputy said.
Boyea told deputies the two were arguing, but she didn’t bite the victim, according to the affidavit.
“She said those bite marks came from a client,” the deputy said.
Boyea admitted the two argued over money, and that the victim kicked her twice which led to the fight, according to the arrest affidavit.
Boyea also told the deputy that the victim threatened to smash her phone, the affidavit said.
A witness who saw the fight said it was started over money and that the victim kicked Boyea “first before they began to fight,” the report said.
Boyea was arrested and charged with Battery Domestic Violence for biting the victim. She was transported to the Brevard County Jail.
