Police Arrest Palm Bay Teacher For Child Molestation

PALM BAY, Florida – A 41-year-old elementary school teacher in Palm Bay has been charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under twelve years old, according to the Palm Bay Police Department.

Kenneth Woodard taught fourth grade at the Odyssey Charter elementary school located at 1350 Wyoming Drive SE.

Woodard, of Melbourne, was arrested by police Monday night after investigators completed their case.

Investigators couldn’t provide any further information about the case at this time.

Woodard was transported to the Brevard County Jail.

Last month, a Palm Bay teacher’s aide was arrested on charges of Lewd Lascivious Battery on a Victim 12-16 years of age, and Distribute Obscene Material to a Minor. The teacher was employed at the Riverdale Country School, which helps younger students with behavioral issues.
