PALM BAY, Florida – A 20-year-old woman was arrested after she threatened her boyfriend with a hand-held stun gun, then stabbed her sister with a butcher knife, according to the Palm Bay Police Department.
Chloe Susan Griffin, of Palm Bay, was charged with Aggravated Battery Domestic Violence, and Aggravated Assault Domestic Violence.
The incident happened Monday, Jan. 1 at approximately 1:00 a.m., when Griffin asked her sister and another man in the home who her boyfriend was talking to on the phone, police said.
An argument started between Griffin and her boyfriend about being unfaithful, she pulled out a hand-held stun gun and threatened everyone in the home, according to the arrest affidavit.
The sister and her friend attempted to stop the argument when Griffin, but instead she pulled her sister by the hair.
When her sister’s friend attempted to stop Griffin, she head-butted him in his chin, according to the report.
Griffin then screamed “I’M GOING TO KILL YOU” and proceeded to the kitchen where she acquired a butcher knife, the report said.
Griffin lunged towards her sister and stabbed her in the hand, causing her to sustain a deep laceration. Police said the sister’s hand was bleeding profusely.
When officers arrived, Griffin denied all the allegations and refused to speak with police.
Griffin was arrested and transported to the Brevard County Jail.
According to jail records, Griffin was arrested in May 2017 on a charge of Battery Domestic Violence. In November 2016, she was arrested on a Battery charge.
