PALM BAY, Florida – A woman called law enforcement after her soon to be ex-husband threatened her and another man, according to the Palm Bay Police Department.
The incident occurred Tuesday at approximately 11:15 p.m. when Jaime Hernandez, 42, arrived at a home that belongs to his wife and threatened her and another man, the report said.
Soon after, Hernandez smashed all the windows to the man’s SUV before leaving the area. Palm Bay police found Hernandez and conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle.
Hernandez told officers that he went to the home because there was “adultery going on,” according to the affidavit. He denies breaking the windows to the vehicle.
Police then spoke with the man who owns the SUV. He stated that he watched Hernandez smash the windows of his vehicle. The damage is estimated at approximately $1,200.
Hernandez was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief. Bond set at $2,000.
