The store clerk asked Johnson to leave, but he remained in the store and continued to smash bottles and shout at employees.

Another clerk arrived and told him to leave, but Johnson attempted to punch the employee.

The clerk was able to dodge the attempt from feared that Johnson was going to attempt to do more harm to him.

The two Winn-Dixie employees restrained Johnson until deputies could arrive on the scene.

“Mr. Johnson was not able to be understood, his speech was slurred, and he smelled of alcohol,” according to the report.

Law enforcement said Johnson was uncooperative, agitated, and unwilling to stop fighting with the employees until deputies arrived.
