PALM BAY, Florida – A Barefoot Bay woman was charged with drug paraphernalia after an officer found her near the bathrooms inside the Castaway Point Park after hours, according to the Palm Bay Police Department.

Police were there conducting a security check at 2990 Bay Blvd in Palm Bay at approximately 11:55 p.m.

Sarah Terase Farr, 37, who lives in the 800 block of Lilac Drive in Barefoot Bay, was with a man inside the park.

Police requested consent to search her purse, which she agreed.

“While searching the purse, I found a red straw which was cut and had a white powder residue on the inside,” the officer said in the arrest affidavit.
