PALM BAY, Florida – Officers responded to the area of Garvey Road and Scanlon Road after receiving a call about a woman, wearing only a bra, passed out on the ground next to her vehicle, according to the Palm Bay Police Department.

Gwendolyn S. Zone was found laying on the ground next to a white Lexus, the report said. In the vehicle was a bulldog.

“The female was shirtless, wearing a black bra and jeans,” the officer said. Zone woke up and was unable to make sense of anything she was saying, according to police.

Zone refused any medical attention, and officers observed a small baggie with a white powdery substance sticking out of the left side of her bra. The substance field tested positive for cocaine.

She tried to move into the vehicle, but officers pulled her back out. Zone told police “Don’t fu–ing touch me!”

Zone then approached the officers in an aggressive manner with both fists clenched shut and began to position herself so as to lunge at one of them. As she was doing this, she yelled “Bit–!”

Police transported Zone to Palm Bay hospital for medical clearance. But on the way, she continued to yell, curse and kick in the vehicle. Officers said she continued to behave in an aggressive manner.

After she was medically cleared by the hospital, Zone was transported to the Brevard County Jail where she was charged with Resisting Arrest with Violence, Breach of Peace-Disorderly Conduct, Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer, Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, Deprive Officer of Means of Protection or Communication, and Drug Possession.
