PALM BAY, Florida – Employees at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant called the Palm Bay Police Department in reference to a fight between a male and female, according to the report.

Officers arrived at 1181 Malabar Road NE and made contact with the two subjects who were identified as Krista Rose Leigh and Zachary Moellendick.

“When the couple was confronted with the allegations of them being engaged in a physical altercation, both denied they had been physically fighting,” the officer said.

Palm Bay police then spoke with employees and the manager at the restaurant where officers were shown surveillance camera footage of the fight.

The video showed Leigh and Moellendick arguing that turned into a physical altercation. It also showed Leigh pushing Moellendick, then grabbing his eyeglasses and throwing them to the ground.
