PALM BAY – A nurse at The Fountains of Melbourne Assisted Living Facility was arrested on Saturday for stealing from her 77-year-old elderly patient.

On January 19, 2019, the Melbourne Police Department received a report of a stolen credit card from the victim, a 77-year-old woman, who lives at The Fountain of Melbourne.

Law enforcement officers responded to the two locations the card was used and retrieved video footage showing the transactions. On each video, the same woman, who was later identified as Nicole Ashley Blaize, 25, entered the store alone and conducted the purchased alone.
