PALM BAY, Florida – It’s never a good idea to demand a kiss from a CVS Pharmacy employee, especially when you’re drunk.

Palm Bay police received a call from the CVS store at 1101 Malabar Road about a drunk man yelling at customers in front of the business.

Tyler James Mulvaney, 25, walking across the parking lot and sitting down with another individual. Both individuals appeared extremely intoxicated, according to police.

While the officer asked for their identifications, Mulvaney continued to yell at women walking across the parking lot trying to get their attention.

One of the female CVS employees told the officer that Mulvaney entered the business and caused a loud disturbance. He wanted the associate to kiss him, the report said.

Mulvaney was asked to leave the store called the Palm Bay Police Department about the incident.

Police arrested Mulvaney for Disorderly Intoxication, but without a fight. He began kicking the door to the patrol cruiser multiple times during the arrest, and while on the way to the Brevard County Jail.
