Palm Bay Grandmother Uses Bathtub While Toilet Was Occupied

A Palm Bay woman was arrested after splashing water at her grandmother.

PALM BAY, Florida – A woman was so angry with her grandmother for using the bathtub as a toilet that she was arrested after throwing water at her face, according to the Palm Bay Police Department.

The incident occurred Tuesday at the 1100 block of Bianca Drive in Palm Bay where 18-year-old D Jae Love Carpenter found her grandmother using their tub as a toilet.

The grandmother used the tub because of the bathroom was occupied. Carpenter was extremely upset because her clothes were also in the tub.

“The defendant then began throwing water on the victim, striking her in the face and causing her to fall into the bathtub,” the officer said.

Carpenter told the officer that she intentionally threw water on her grandmother.

Carpenter was arrested and charged with battery domestic violence. She was transported to the Brevard County Jail.
