PALM BAY – An Orlando man who targeted immigrants in Palm Bay and Rockledge, by telling them he could get them citizenship, was arrested on Friday, February 1, 2019.

Jean Lenois Eustache, of Orlando, pretended to be an immigration attorney in both Brevard and Orange counties, according to reports.

Eustache, 36, was charged with Misrepresenting Self as Qualified to Practice Law, Scheme to Defraud – False Pretenses greater than $20K, Grand Theft Pocket Picking less than 300 5K, and Petite Theft 2nd Degree Pocket Picking 1st Offense.

Eustache’s Palm Bay “immigration attorney office” was located at 4630 Lipscomb St. # 20 and his Rockledge office was located at 1535 Cogswell Street C18.

The Rockledge Police Department is currently working with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security on this case.

On Friday, Eustache posted $36,000 bail and was released from the Brevard County Jail.
