MELBOURNE, Florida – Deputies arrested a man after he allegedly exposed his genitals at multiple stores in Melbourne, according to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies received a call from a Wendy’s restaurant after a man exposed himself to a group of teenage girls through the window of the establishment.

Law enforcement arrived and made contact with 46-year-old Jose C. Aleman. Deputies could not locate the witnesses, so they issued Aleman a trespass warning from the Wendy’s restaurant.

“Prior to Mr. Aleman leaving, I explained he needed to keep his penis covered and not expose himself, and he said he understood,” the deputy said.

However, a few minutes later, a gas station down the road from Wendy’s called and reported a man exposing his sexual organs to employees and customers, the report said.

An employee told the deputy that Aleman was “walking through the store with his penis exposed to him and customers, including women and children,” according to the affidavit.

The store employee asked Aleman to “cover” himself, but he refused. Aleman then left the store and exposed himself again to a woman who was exiting her vehicle.

The deputy then spoke with Aleman outside the gas station and witnessed him exposing his penis in the parking lot.

“While I was speaking to Mr. Aleman, he stood and intentionally exposed his penis at me. Mr. Aleman did not cover his penis until I told him to pull his shorts up that were below his hips,” the deputy said.

Aleman was charged with Exposure of Sexual Organs and transported to the Brevard County Jail.
