MICCO, Florida – A Barefoot Bay resident was arrested Sunday on charges of drug paraphernalia, marijuana possession, and taking contraband into the Brevard County Jail facility.
The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call about a trespassing at 8965 U.S. Highway 1 in Micco.
Deputies found 34-year-old Jennifer Michelle Crowley, of Barefoot Bay, and her girlfriend hiding in a draining ditch near the property.
“I observed them walk down the property to where they could not be seen. The defendant and her girlfriend are known drug users,” the deputy said.
Law enforcement made contact with Crowley and her girlfriend to advise them of the trespass.
Deputies searched Crowley’s purse and located marijuana, a small metal pipe, and a syringe with an unknown substance located under a Maxi Pad.
Crowley, who lives on the 1100 block of Barefoot Bay Circle in Micco, was arrested and transported to the Brevard County Jail.
In August, Sebastian Daily reported that Crowley was arrested on charges of domestic violence.
