49 Marijuana Plants Found In Palm Bay Home

PALM BAY, Florida – A search warrant was conducted at a home located in the 2600 block of Findlay Avenue in Palm Bay where police found approximately 49 cannabis plants, according to police.

The marijuana plants were located in the garage and were at various growth stages, the report said.

In the home was Frank St. Peter and his two children. St. Peter admitted he had an indoor marijuana grow operation, according to the arrest affidavit.

Pot plants were also found drying in another room connected to the garage. The cannabis field tested positive.

Police located a cannabis smoking device in the master bedroom of the home.

St. Peter told law enforcement that he grew marijuana for his consumption, and advised the plants were his.

St. Peter was arrested and charged with manufacturing cannabis, possession of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
